I am excited to announce a wonderful new collaboration with Dr. Sonia Singla at The Marigold Center in Pasadena. Dr. Singla specializes in perimenopause relief, menopause treatments, women’s hormone therapy & health, and wellness medicine. I will be directing the on-site yoga and mindfulness program at her beautiful sanctuary, offering small group classes and private one-on-one sessions, tailored to individual needs.
In-person yoga sessions at The Marigold Center will focus on alleviating common symptoms associated with the midlife journey, including:
Muscle loss
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Core weakness
Joint pain
Balance issues
Osteopenia
Fatigue
Anxiety and depression
Sleep disturbances

Sample Yoga at The Marigold Center
Tuesdays 9-10am - “Strength Yoga for Midlife”
A mindful class for building strength, improving balance and strengthening your core. All levels welcome.
(60 mins. Maximum 6 people. $40/person – AUGUST SPECIAL $10/person)
Wednesdays 6.30-7.45pm – “Candlelit Restorative Yoga with Savasana Sound Bath”
Unwind with this 60 minute gentle yoga class followed by a relaxing 15 minute sound bath with Clara.
(60 mins. Maximum 6 people. $40/person – AUGUST SPECIAL $10/person)
