Do you have a specific issue that you need help with? A fitness goal that you want to achieve? Or perhaps you need help getting started with your YLC membership? Book a private session on Zoom tailored to YOUR specific needs and let’s talk! (30 or 60 mins)
A one-on-one session is a great way to get started with yoga, receive help with a problem area, or accelerate your progress towards your health and fitness goals. I have been modifying the yoga practice for a wide range of bodies, fitness levels and health conditions for over two decades. I will make you feel at ease and give you what YOU need. You can book long-term private sessions, or just a session or two to work on a particular issue. Up to you!
ALL levels and abilities welcome. As I like to say: “If you can breathe, I can teach you yoga!” All you need to do is show up and I will take care of the rest.
Fee: $150/hr or $75/half hr (On Zoom) 1-2 people.

24 hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
