I am excited to announce a wonderful new collaboration with Dr. Sonia Singla at The Marigold Center in Pasadena. Dr. Singla specializes in perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic health for women in midlife and beyond. I am directing the on-site yoga program at her beautiful sanctuary, offering small group classes and private one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs.

REGULAR SCHEDULE
Tuesdays 9-10am: “Yoga for Strength” 
A slow-paced mindful class combining traditional yoga poses and safe strengthening exercises to build core stability, prevent muscle loss and improve balance. All levels welcome. (60 minutes. Maximum 6 people. $40/person)
Wednesdays 6.30-7.45pm: “Candlelit Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath” 
Unwind with a 60 minute gentle, restorative yoga class followed by a 15 minute savasana sound bath with Clara Perez.  (75 minutes. Maximum 6 people. $40/person)
